Established nearly 25 years ago, the New England Women's Volleyball Association is open to all collegiate coaches in New England sponsoring Division III women's volleyball. Members come from nine different conferences.

The New England Women’s Volleyball Association announced today the 2009 NEWVA All-New England Teams, comprised of the top Division III women’s volleyball players in the region as well as player, rookie, and coach of the year.

Team Academic Award Announced
The New England Women’s Volleyball Association announced today it recipients of the NEWVA Academic Team Award. Seven teams earned the honor, attaining a team-average of at least a 3.30 GPA during the fall semester. Read more.
NEWVA Senior Classic Invitees Announced
The New England Women's Volleyball Association (NEWVA) would like to recognize and congratulate the following athletes as invitees to the NEWVA Senior Classic. Activities will be held at UMass - Boston in the Clark Athletic Center on Sunday, November 15, 2009. There will be a skills event in the morning (10:30 AM) for the Senior Classic attendees followed by the game starting at approximately 1:00 PM, after the NEWVA Coaches meeting. The Senior Classic will be coached by the NEWVA Coach of the Year and Runner Up (to be announced later this week). Participants are encouraged to wear a school t-shirt or jersey to aid spectators in recognizing the participants.
